Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Vice President by serving as primary liaison to customers, internal operations support, realtors, and title companies.
- Help manage the Senior Vice President’s pipeline while working with Processing, Underwriting, and Closing teams to ensure loans are closed in a timely manner.
- Set and maintain proper expectations with all parties on the loan file.
- Add loans into Encompass loan origination system.
- Analyze loan packages for completeness.
- Prepare mortgage applications and disclosures for signing.
- Complete Bank’s customer service training and apply to everyday communication.
- Consistently exceed borrower, builder and realtor expectations; always giving "Wow!" service.

Skills/Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to calculate income, including self-employed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Ability to meet standards of professional communication, while maintaining a friendly and approachable disposition.
