Build a Career Where Results and Integrity Go Together

Don Johnson’s Cumberland Motors is hiring an Automotive Finance Manager to help guests complete one of life’s biggest purchases with clarity, confidence, and no regrets.

You’ll lead finance, lease, and protection conversations across our Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and pre-owned business. Our noncommissioned sales model creates a more collaborative handoff, with everyone focused on the guest rather than competing for the deal.

F&I experience is preferred, but not required for the right person. We also welcome high-performing professionals from automotive sales or management, lending, banking, insurance, or consultative sales who are ready to grow into F&I with paid training and strong support.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • Closed Sundays: Dealership hours end at 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
  • Strong earning potential: Competitive, performance-based compensation and established lender relationships.
  • Paid development: F&I, lender, product, certification, and compliance training.
  • Comprehensive benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, and prescription coverage.
  • Investment in your future: Paid holidays, personal time off, and 401(k) contributions made on your behalf.
  • No-cost education: Associate, bachelor’s, and master’s degree programs for you and your family.
  • Team member savings: Discounts on vehicle purchases, parts, service, and collision repair.

What You’ll Own

  • Guide guests through finance and lease options with clarity, professionalism, and respect.
  • Review credit applications, secure approvals, and structure deals within lender and dealership guidelines.
  • Present service contracts, GAP coverage, maintenance plans, and other protection options using a transparent, needs-based approach.
  • Prepare accurate contracts, disclosures, and funding packages while protecting confidential guest information.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and Wisconsin requirements, lender guidelines, and dealership policies.
  • Track lender stipulations, contracts in transit, and funding, resolving issues quickly.
  • Build strong lender relationships and collaborate with sales, accounting, and leadership.
  • Deliver balanced results across guest satisfaction, product penetration, PVR, contract accuracy, and funding speed.
