About the Job
Work four 10-hour days and have every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off. DTXT – Lots of Auctions is hiring Day Shift Warehouse Associates for our online auction warehouse in Dallas. This is a hands-on, in-person role in a fast-paced warehouse.

You'll be placed in one of two teams, based on your experience, strengths and what we need:

1. Customer Pickup & Order Fulfillment (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

• Check in customers and direct them to their pickup area
• Pick and stage customer orders using handheld devices
• Load merchandise into customer vehicles
• Give friendly, professional service to every customer
• Work outdoors in all weather

2. Inventory Processing & Quality Control (6:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

• Open, inspect and identify incoming merchandise
• Sort, barcode and photograph items
• Enter item details into our database accurately
• Meet daily production and quality goals
• Use handheld devices and computer systems

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday, 10 hours worked + 1-hour unpaid lunch
• Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays off, every week

 What We're Looking For

• Reliable and on time
• Able to stand and move for a full 10-hour shift
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on your own and help with heavier items
• Comfortable using handheld devices and basic computer systems
• Able to read and write in English
• Preferred, not required: warehouse, production, quality control, order picking or customer service experience

Work Environment  The warehouse doesn't have air conditioning, so it gets hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The pickup team also works outside in rain, heat and cold.

Pay & Benefits

• $18.00/hour, paid every two weeks
• After a 90-day introductory period: health, dental and vision insurance, plus paid time off
