Shift Availability for Sales Administrative Coordinator:
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday
- Flexibility with schedule based off of needs of PV.

Responsibilities of Sales Administrative Coordinator:
- Administrative support to the Sales department
- Assist sales representatives with customer inquiries, requests, and follow-up.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, presentations, reports, and other sales-related documents.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer, prospect, and sales information in the company’s CRM and other systems.
- Process sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation as needed.
- Track customer requests and outstanding follow-up items.
- Coordinate communication between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
- Coordinating move-in paperwork and process
Qualifications for Sales Administrative Coordinator:
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative, office, customer service, sales support, or related experience required.
- Experience in a senior living, healthcare, real estate, or similar customer-focused environment preferred.
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Associate degree in business administration, office administration, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office applications.
