Maggie’s Farm is looking for an experienced bartender who are passionate about their craft, thrives in a busy environment, genuinely enjoy building relationships with regulars and new guests.

We’re looking for bartenders who understand that a great bar experience is about more than making a great drink—it’s about remembering a guest’s name, knowing their usual order, and making everyone feel at home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare consistently excellent cocktails, beer, and wine
- Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service
- Build genuine relationships with regulars and welcome new guests
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and professionalism during busy shifts
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail preparation, and responsible alcohol service
- Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
- Work collaboratively with the bar, service, and culinary teams
- Follow all alcohol-service, cash-handling, sanitation, and safety requirements

Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong cocktail, beer, wine, and spirits knowledge
- A passion for hospitality and the craft of bartending
- An outgoing personality and a natural ability to connect with guests
- The ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and team-focused
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Current alcohol-service certification, or the ability to obtain one
