The position supports HR operations, employee relations, recruiting, compliance, and HR systems while working closely with senior HR leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Support onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and other employee lifecycle activities.
  • Answer employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR processes.
  • Learn Paylocity and help improve reporting, workflows, and automation.
  • Pull and analyze HR data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • Assist with recruiting activities including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
  • Support compliance activities, audits, training records, and documentation.
  • Help improve processes and solve recurring problems instead of applying temporary fixes.
  • Take ownership of projects and follow them through to completion.
