Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of Care Network Residential Care Facilities, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, including Medicaid requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and support facility managers and staff to promote high standards of resident care and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve facility performance, resident satisfaction, and staff engagement.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals.
- Ensure all facilities maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and adherence to licensing and accreditation standards.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that emphasizes quality care, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, regulatory agencies, and community partners to enhance service delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess facility operations, resident care, and staff performance.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Nursing Home Administrator license in the sate of practice is required.
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice preferred.
- Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably within residential or assisted living facilities.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and compliance standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, develop reports, and implement improvements.
- Flexibility to travel between facilities as needed.
