Regional Director of Operations & Compliance, Care Network
Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of Care Network Residential Care Facilities, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, including Medicaid requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and support facility managers and staff to promote high standards of resident care and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve facility performance, resident satisfaction, and staff engagement.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals.
  • Ensure all facilities maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and adherence to licensing and accreditation standards.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that emphasizes quality care, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, regulatory agencies, and community partners to enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess facility operations, resident care, and staff performance.




Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid Nursing Home Administrator license in the sate of practice is required. 
  • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice preferred. 
  • Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably within residential or assisted living facilities.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, develop reports, and implement improvements.
  • Flexibility to travel between facilities as needed.
