POSITION SUMMARY

The Partner Marketing Specialist supports the development and owns the execution of marketing initiatives that directly contribute to TTC Tour Brands’ trade sales performance. This role is responsible for independently executing defined partner marketing activities while supporting larger, more complex initiatives through project setup, stakeholder coordination, timeline management and final delivery.


With a focus on achieving defined KPIs—including partner engagement, bookings growth and campaign ROI—the role combines hands-on marketing execution, content development, project management and performance reporting. The Specialist proactively manages deliverables, follows up with stakeholders and identifies or escalates blockers to ensure work moves forward accurately and on time.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Campaign Coordination & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end execution of assigned partner and trade marketing activities, managing timelines, deliverables, approvals and asset delivery against business objectives and sales targets.
  • Support larger and more complex initiatives across the project lifecycle, including project setup, creative briefs, stakeholder inputs, status tracking, approvals, QA and final delivery.
  • Proactively manage campaign calendars, project trackers and promotional schedules, following up on outstanding actions and escalating risks or blockers as needed to keep projects on track.


Commercial Contribution & Performance Focus

  • Assist in building marketing initiatives that support defined KPIs such as booking uplift, lead generation, and partner activation.
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics including promotion usage, email engagement, website traffic, and advisor conversion.
  • Use data insights to inform executional improvements and contribute ideas that enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner & Trade Support
  • Coordinate marketing activity with national accounts, consortia, OTAs, and group travel partners, ensuring each receives high-quality and brand-aligned marketing support.
  • Partner with Sales to understand marketing needs and coordinate appropriate partner-facing solutions, balancing partner requirements, brand standards and commercial priorities.
  • Monitor and QA campaign implementation across partner portals and digital sites to ensure promotional accuracy and execution quality.


Content Management & Creative Briefing

  • Write and proof content for partner communications including emails, co-branded websites, and advisor-facing promotions.
  • Collaborate with Copywriting and Creative teams to ensure all assets meet brand standards and drive engagement.
  • Manage updates to sales enablement platforms, intranets, and promotional templates in coordination with global and brand marketing teams.


Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

  • Proactively coordinate with stakeholders to gather inputs and approvals, communicate project status, follow up on outstanding actions and ensure deliverables progress against agreed timelines.


Group Marketing Support

  • Support the Group Sales department with collateral development, email coordination, landing page updates, and promo deployment.
  • Collaborate across brands for multi-brand group or trade campaigns, ensuring cohesive execution and accountability.


ROLE SUCCESS CRITERIA

  • Deliver assigned partner and trade marketing activities on time and with a high degree of accuracy, independently managing defined workstreams through completion. · Ensure accuracy in campaign tracking, reporting, and budget inputs to support the Partner Marketing Manager’s monthly forecasts.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and follow-through by proactively managing next steps, stakeholder actions and project blockers with appropriate escalation when needed.
  • Deliver partner marketing materials and requests within agreed SLAs, achieving positive feedback from Sales and partner stakeholders.
  • Maintain brand alignment and quality across all content and assets, with zero major compliance or brand issues.
Requirements

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE


Technical Skillset

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to maintain trackers, organize data and support campaign and budget reporting.
  • Comfortable using AI-powered tools to support marketing workflows, content development, research and day-to-day productivity.
  • Strong written communication, copywriting and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt content across audiences and channels.


Essential Experience

  • 1–2 years of marketing experience; exposure to partner, trade, B2B or B2B2C marketing preferred.
  • Experience coordinating and executing multiple concurrent marketing projects or campaigns, with demonstrated ability to manage timelines, deliverables and stakeholder inputs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize work and follow projects through to completion.


Desirable Experience

  • Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management platforms, with experience tracking timelines, deliverables, priorities and project status.
  • Experience managing content within CMS platforms and digital partner portals.
  • Experience supporting B2B or B2B2C campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience with Canva or similar design platforms, with the ability to create and adapt on-brand marketing materials.


TRAVEL & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel: Occasional travel may be required to attend partner events, meetings or support key initiatives
