What You'll Do
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide high-quality personal care and support to residents while working closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Support meal service, feeding, and hydration needs
- Promote resident mobility, independence, and restorative care activities
- Monitor resident well-being and promptly report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with vital signs, weights, intake/output tracking, and other basic clinical tasks
- Maintain accurate resident documentation and records
- Follow infection control, safety, and resident rights protocols
- Collaborate with nurses and care team members to deliver exceptional resident care
- Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment for residents and colleagues
What We Need In A Candidate:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing on the South Carolina Nurse Aide Registry
- Previous long-term care experience preferred
- Compassionate caregiver with a resident-centered approach
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
