What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services based on patient needs and goals
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and caregivers on appropriate exercises and techniques
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, function, and independence

What We're Looking For

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of Michigan
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
