Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Showroom Sales Associate to assist customers and support the day-to-day operations of our showroom. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and helping maintain an attractive and welcoming showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with showroom purchases and product questions.
• Process customer transactions using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist or direct callers as needed.
• Provide general customer service and showroom support.
• Stock and organize showroom merchandise.
• Create, update, and place product labels, pricing, and sale tags.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom.
• Help receive, move, and arrange merchandise as needed.
• Assist with general showroom projects and other duties as assigned.
• Perform occasional heavy lifting related to stocking and moving merchandise.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, showroom, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using or learning a POS system.
• Strong customer service and  communication skills.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable answering phones and interacting with customers.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift/move merchandise throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform occasional heavy lifting safely.

Schedule

This is a part-time, Monday–Friday position, generally scheduled from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Some flexibility in the daily schedule is available.
