Maintenance Lead Technician
Description

The Maintenance Lead Technician would be responsible for general upkeep and repair in various communities in the Central Florida Area. The role would be assisting Community Association Managers assess or complete maintenance and improvement projects.

*Responsibilities*

  • Complete maintenance tasks and projects, traveling between multiple worksites each day.
  • Provide feedback on other areas of improvement throughout the communities visited
  • Provide estimates for work requested
  • Complete approved projects in a safe and timely manner
  • Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings.


Work Conditions

  • Works in both indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Regular exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, dust, noise, and weather conditions.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing ladders, and reaching overhead.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier loads with assistance or equipment.
  • Use of hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance machinery.
  • Exposure to electrical systems, mechanical equipment, chemicals, and cleaning agents while following safety protocols.
Requirements

Qualifications//Requirements

  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
  • Valid US driver’s license
  • Clean background / NO Felonies
  • Must be able to work at least 40 hours a week
  • Must be able to lift at least 45 lbs
  • At least 3 years handyman experience Must have experience with * Drywall * Power washing * Painting * Grout * Replacing doors * Caulking

*The schedule is Mon-Friday 9a-5p*
