About the Role

The Director of Growth is a strategic, results-driven leader responsible for growing Vaultes's portfolio across Federal and SLED markets. The successful candidate takes a proactive, mission-focused approach to identifying, qualifying, and shaping opportunities, building trusted relationships with government stakeholders, and positioning Vaultes as a long-term partner of choice.

As a small, agile firm, our BD professionals operate across the full business development lifecycle. The title says Director, but this role requires someone who leads from the front and isn't afraid to do the work. While the primary focus is relationship-focused, pipeline development, and opportunity pursuit, the right candidate will also step into capture leadership on select strategic pursuits, owning the win strategy from early shaping through proposal delivery.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and executor, someone who brings deep market knowledge, strong relationships and relationship instincts, and the hunger to build something meaningful. For the right person, this is more than a job title. It is a chance to grow with Vaultes, shape the BD function, and one day lead a team of their own.

The annual salary range is $155,000 - $225,000 which is based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. This position is also eligible for performance-based bonuses.
