The Facilities Maintenance role: As a Facility Maintenance Technician at Pinewood Terrace, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our senior residents. Your responsibilities will include performing routine general maintenance tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining the facility grounds and coordinating vendor projects.

This position is part-time with 25 guaranteed hours each week working Mon-Fri (5 hours per day).

Facilities Maintenance Job Requirements
- A high school diploma/GED
- At least 3 years of experience in maintenance is required
- Must be 18 years of age or over
- Active driver's license required
