- This is a Full-Time Hourly Position
- Pay rate: $30-$33/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:15 PM

What You’ll Do
- Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repairs
- Maintain lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, and electrical systems
- Complete carpentry, painting, plumbing, welding, and paver repairs
- Install and maintain community signage, fencing, mailboxes, and other infrastructure
- Inspect and maintain tools, equipment, and utility vehicles
- Follow proper safety procedures and guidelines while performing maintenance work
- Work closely with the Property Services Manager and other team members
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Florida Driver’s License
- 2–4 years of commercial or residential electrical experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Flexible availability when needed
