Description
Facial Esthetician delivers professional skincare services, including custom facials, deep cleansing, extractions, chemical peels, and facial massages. This role requires conducting thorough skin assessments, recommending tailored home-care products, and maintaining strict safety and sanitation standards to ensure a therapeutic experience for clients.
- Perform professional facial treatments, including deep-pore cleansing, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and specialized masks tailored to individual skin types.
- Conduct comprehensive skin analyses to identify client skin conditions, concerns, and treatment goals.
- Administer facial and neck massages to promote relaxation and skin rejuvenation.
- Perform safe manual extractions when appropriate.
- Identify client concerns and aesthetic goals that may benefit from services offered by other members of the Regenesis team and provide appropriate internal referrals.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Esthetics or Cosmetology program.
- Licensure: Valid State Esthetician or Cosmetologist License (mandatory).
- Experience:1–3 years of hands-on experience in a salon, spa, or clinical med-spa setting preferred.
- Certifications: Additional certifications in advanced treatment modalities (e.g., LED light therapy, microdermabrasion, microneedling, or specific chemical peel lines) are a plus.
