CLM Midwest is a regional commercial facility maintenance contractor with a local presence who partners with some of the nation's leading retail, convenience store, and restaurant brands. We are a long-established, self-performing company that provides install, break/fix, and emergency services. This career opportunity is available because we have grown our technician team across several regions and need additional coverage for daily routing and scheduling.  

As a Dispatcher, you will utilize the company work order management system to effectively schedule internal service technicians and ensure that customer commitments are met. This includes dispatching service technicians according to the schedule, receiving customer calls and adjusting schedule as required, successfully closing out calls with technicians and marking them complete. Our technicians are pros who focus primarily on electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other miscellaneous handyman projects. This role is a great experience for anybody looking to build their career in operations, maintenance & construction, and project management in the trades.

Responsibilities:  

• Providing daily updates on open work orders via customer portal and email  
• Interface with internal account management and finance teams  
• Drafts and submits quotes  
• Manages and dispatches appropriate service technician/subcontractor to satisfy customer service request based on skills, nature of the request, location of request, and location of technician/subcontractor  
• Provides status updates on each work order to customers including pictures and appropriate documentation/notes  
• Creates purchase orders  
• Responsible for resolving billing discrepancy issues/questions with finance team  

• College degree or equivalent work experience  
• Previous experience coordinating service technicians or crews, projects, subcontractors is a plus  
• Strong ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and multi-task  
• Professional phone and electronic communication  
• Experience using WOM systems is a plus (ie. Service Channel, Corrigo, customer specific systems, etc)  
• Routing experience  
• Trades, facilities, or property management experience is a plus
