Job Overview


As the Solution Architect, you will help drive client implementation and ensure key critical processes are followed for a smooth and best-in-class client experience. You will partner and align with key operations functional leads and team members to drive and execute client implementations.  


Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation process from initiation through handoff to client services teams and operations
  • Actively participates and collaborates with the implementation team on managing the project plan and client expectations throughout the implementation phase 
  • Leads client discovery sessions and creates deliverables including detailed workflow process diagrams and client standard operating procedures
  • Conducts detailed technical requirements gathering to inform workflow and system design in client host systems, nimble platforms, the clearinghouse, and other indicated third party applications
  • Analyzes client historical data to identify trends in AR, write offs, cash per case, collectability and other indicated RCM KPI’s 
  • Creates and executes on detailed testing plans across all in scope functions of the RCM 
  • Creates corrective action and / or remediation plans to address failed results from testing 
  • Supports production team members with subject matter expertise during the post go live phase
  • Monitors overall inventory throughput in the post go live phase to assist with removal of barriers to revenue recognition
  • Creates and/or utilizes existing project plans appropriate to the services/products being implemented
  • Client facing with strong ability to facilitate and manage onboarding of complex clients
  • Meets and communicates with complex clients and adjusts plans and approaches accordingly
  • Weekly (and ad hoc) reporting of project status with risks/issues, go live date changes, etc
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of RCM operations experience with expertise in Accounts Receivable, Claims or Payment Posting
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in various client practice management systems
  • Advanced understanding of implementation process and revenue cycle process
