Heartland Imaging is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and compassionate individual with excellent communication and customer service skills to join our energetic, patient-focused team! If you enjoy making a positive impact on the patient experience and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we’d love to have you join our team as a PRN Patient Coordinator supporting our outpatient imaging centers in Louisville, KY.


This PRN position provides coverage support for our Dixie Highway and Shelbyville Road locations. We are seeking an individual with daytime availability who can provide flexible coverage based on the needs of our centers. Scheduling may include Monday–Sunday daytime shifts, with opportunities to pick up shifts as needed.


Ideal candidates will:

  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
  • Be dependable and flexible with scheduling
  • Be comfortable working across multiple outpatient imaging locations
  • Have availability for daytime shifts

The Business Office Team is responsible for collaborating and leading the Imaging Center team in providing excellent patient care and supporting the operational goals for both the Center and the organization. This includes all customer and patient-facing responsibilities including welcoming, registering, and overall patient coordination, as well as phone correspondence, scheduling appointments, inventory, and medical record management. The upper levels of this series also include the training, supervision, and management of Business Office team members. The overall scope for this series is designed to ensure the management and resources are available to maintain a quality, high functioning, and customer friendly Outpatient Imaging Center.

Requirements

EDUCATION:

  • To be competitive, must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
