Citizens State Bank, a locally owned community bank, is seeking highly motivated candidates to join our team as a Universal Banker in our Eau Claire office. As a Universal Banker, you will play a pivotal role in our commitment to providing five-star customer service. Your responsibilities will include performing teller and administrative functions, assisting and directing customers both in person and over the phone, opening and maintaining customer accounts, processing transactions, identifying customer needs, and recommending products and services that help customers achieve their financial goals. You will have the opportunity to build lasting customer relationships while supporting the growth and success of our customers, communities, and bank. This position is generally scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a rotating Saturday shift from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. When scheduled to work a Saturday, hours will be adjusted during the week.

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused professional who is personable, detail-oriented, and collaborative. Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous banking or financial services experience, particularly in retail banking, customer relationship management, or sales, is strongly preferred. A positive attitude, drive to learn, and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience are essential.
