Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support multiple banking center teams, driving performance, employee development, and operational excellence.
- Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing employees while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
- Partner with the Market President to execute strategic initiatives, achieve business goals, and support market growth.
- Oversee daily banking center operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards.
- Monitor financial and operational performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Champion relationship-driven banking by promoting outstanding customer experiences and strengthening community connections.
- Collaborate with business lines and support departments to enhance customer relationships and expand business opportunities.
- Provide oversight of facilities, security, and administrative functions to maintain safe, efficient, and customer-focused banking environments.
- Support achievement of regional financial objectives through effective performance management and risk mitigation.
- Represent the Bank in the community and serve as a leader for special projects, regional initiatives, and operational support as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive banking or financial services experience, with demonstrated success in multi-location management and leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Proven ability to execute strategic initiatives, interpret financial performance data, and drive operational excellence.
- In-depth knowledge of banking operations, compliance requirements, and customer relationship management principles.
- Community-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship banking and local market engagement.
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region. In-office/branch required.
