Job Summary

Bluegrass Supply Chain Services is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in Findlay, OH. This hands-on leadership role oversees team performance, safety, productivity, inventory accuracy, and overall shift execution.

The ideal candidate has strong warehouse leadership experience with a background in forklift operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and team development.

Responsibilities

· Lead and support warehouse team members on 2nd shift
· Coordinate workflow to meet safety, quality, productivity, and service goals
· Operate a forklift as needed for loading, unloading, staging, and material movement
· Train, coach, and develop team members
· Monitor performance and address operational issues
· Enforce safety procedures and company policies
· Support accurate inventory movement, scanning, and system transactions
· Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
· Verify trailers and equipment are safe for loading
· Complete shipping documentation and system updates
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse

Requirements

· 3+ years of warehouse supervisory or team lead experience
· 2+ years of forklift experience
· Valid driver’s license
· Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
· WMS, inventory, shipping, receiving, or scanning experience preferred
· Ability to regularly lift 50–75 pounds
· Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures
· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
· Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail

Preferred

· 3PL, logistics, distribution, or warehouse experience
· Experience with inventory control, shipping documentation, and trailer verification
· Experience training and developing warehouse teams
