Position Summary
At Sunset Manor & Village, our Hospitality Coordinator serves as the welcoming presence of our community, creating a first impression that reflects our mission to provide quality services to senior adults in the spirit of Christian love. This position plays a vital role in fostering a sense of ease, connection, and belonging for residents, families, visitors, and team members. The Hospitality Coordinator is a relationship-centered position that ensures every individual is seen, supported, and valued.
What this role would look like day to day:
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, vendors, and team members, creating a warm and welcoming experience.
- Answer and direct phone calls, assist with inquiries, and provide information about campus services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Coordinate reservations, transportation, errands, tours, events, and other resident services.
- Support campus events and work closely with multiple departments to ensure resident and guest needs are met.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to department leaders, including managing messages, mail, packages, and reports.
- Monitor building access, visitor protocols, and maintain resident confidentiality at all times.
- Resolve concerns professionally and help create a positive experience for residents and guests.
- Serve as a resource for staff by assisting with systems, troubleshooting issues, and promoting efficient workflows and accurate data management.

Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent. An associate’s degree or higher in hospitality services, business, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent job experience in hospitality, customer service, senior living, or a similar service-centered environment.
