Description


The Coordinator, Corporate Affairs supports Beep's Corporate Affairs function with a primary focus on communications, while gaining broad exposure across industry partnerships and government relations. This is a growth role: scope and responsibilities are expected to expand over time based on demonstrated strengths and organizational needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supports the Corporate Affairs function, ensuring efficient coordination across internal teams and with external partners;
  • Serves as a day-to-day point of contact for Beep's contracted third-party support across communications and government relations, helping coordinate deliverables and maintain accountability;
  • Attends industry events, conferences, and stakeholder convenings as a representative of Beep, building familiarity with the external landscape and key relationships over time;
  • Hosts and coordinates VIP visits to company headquarters, ensuring that visitors and guests have a valuable, smooth experience;
  • Drafts correspondence, prepares briefing materials, and maintains organizational systems to support team-wide output and accountability; and
  • Works closely with the Director, Industry Partnerships to execute on activities and priorities relating to the Innovation Lab — Beep's immersive, multi-zone autonomous mobility demonstration environment — which may range from content production to event management

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of professional experience preferred; strong entry-level candidates with relevant internship or project experience will be considered;
  • Demonstrated comfort with event logistics, scheduling, and agenda coordination;
  • Strong written communication skills, including experience drafting correspondence and briefing materials;
  • Collaborative, personable, and comfortable representing an organization in external-facing settings;
  • Prior communications experience, or an interest in developing communications experience, is a strong plus;
  • Prior experience working for or directly with public sector stakeholders is a plus; and• Bachelor's degree preferred

Work Environment & Travel

  • Must be willing to travel up to 25%;
  • Hybrid work structure, with the expectation that scheduled in-office work or travel will be required to support certain events or initiatives; and
  • Residence in or near Orlando, FL strongly preferred
