Position Purpose:

The Manager, Growth Marketing & Analytics, is responsible for transforming marketing data into actionable insights that drive audience growth, engagement, conversion and revenue.This role owns the measurement framework for WorldatWork's marketing ecosystem, bringing together performance data across websites, email, social media, paid media, CRM, mobile and other digital channels to provide a holistic view of marketing effectiveness.More than a reporting role, the Manager, Growth Marketing & Analytics identifies opportunities for growth, develops and evaluates testing methods, analyzes customer behavior and works with the broader Marketing team to continually improve campaign and channel performance.

The role also serves as WorldatWork's internal performance authority for agency-managed paid media, ensuring investment decisions are based on business outcomes and independent analysis.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own an integrated marketing measurement framework across websites, email, social media, paid media, mobile, CRM and other digital channels, establishing meaningful KPIs and benchmarks tied to organizational goals.
  • Analyze marketing, customer and campaign performance to identify opportunities to increase audience acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention and revenue across WorldatWork programs and offerings.
  • Develop and evaluate strategies and tactics to grow WorldatWork’s database of qualified HR professionals, identify new audiences, acquisition channels and lead-generation opportunities and measuring the quality and downstream value of acquired audiences.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting and attribution models that connect marketing activity and customer behavior to measurable business outcomes and provide actionable insights to Marketing leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer journeys, marketing funnels and audience behavior to identify friction, cross-sell opportunities and areas for optimization throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Own analysis of website, landing-page, SEO and conversion performance, using GA4 and other analytics platforms to identify opportunities to improve digital experiences and conversion rates.
  • Serve as Marketing’s internal performance lead for agency-managed paid media, independently evaluating channel effectiveness, acquisition costs, return on investment and other performance indicators and recommending opportunities to optimize media investment.
  • Develop and support a structured testing and optimization program, including A/B and multivariate testing, to continually improve campaigns, messaging, channels, offers and digital experiences.
  • Partner with the broader Marketing team, agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns have appropriate tracking, measurement and optimization strategies from launch through completion.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations, communicating what happened, why it happened and what actions should be taken next while fostering a culture of data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical/professional experience in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, marketing analytics, performance marketing, digital marketing or related disciplines.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Demonstrated experience using data and customer insights to develop audience acquisition, engagement, conversion and growth strategies.
  • Advanced experience with GA4 and digital analytics platforms, with the ability to analyze customer behavior across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce reporting or comparable marketing automation and CRM platforms strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of paid media measurement, campaign attribution and performance optimization, including metrics such as customer acquisition cost, conversion rate and return on investment.
  • Experience developing dashboards, measurement frameworks and data visualizations that connect marketing activity to meaningful business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence marketing strategy, investment and decision-making.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion-rate optimization, customer journey analysis and digital acquisition.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, lead generation, audience development and lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting multiple products, audiences or business lines in an association, membership organization, B2B or similarly complex marketing environment preferred.

At WorldatWork, we offer a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package. The hiring range for this position is $95,000 to $130,000 plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus with a target of 10% of base salary. This position may be worked remotely.
