About the Role


As an Influencer Manager  you’ll play a key role in the success of our campaigns by managing day-to-day operations, including influencer communication, content coordination, and client management. This role is all about building strong relationships with the right creators—those who can authentically represent and elevate the brands we work with.


You’ll work closely with influencers and clients to clearly communicate deliverables, ensure timelines are met, and maintain high standards of content quality. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can make thoughtful decisions quickly, and knows how to build genuine, effective relationships.

  • Resides in the DFW or Austin area, with proximity to the client

Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Strategy 
    • Developing successful strategies and creative ideas for influencer campaigns across clients
    • Curating influencer recommendation lists based on client deliverables, budgets, key markets, etc. to share with clients 
  • Project Management: 
    • Creating campaign trackers that include budgets, timeline, deliverables, organic results, paid media results, etc. 
    • Handling end to end campaign logistics for influencer projects from kickoff to reporting
    • Collaborating cross-functionally across the agency and within client organizations 
  • Client Management 
    • Working directly with key clients to activate successful influencer campaigns 
    • Managing client communications, questions, running status, and assisting with other social integrations  
  • Creator Communication and Management: 
    • Outreach to creators for campaigns, including talent agencies and managers
    • Negotiating rates, deliverables, timelines, etc. 
  • Content Creation and Management
    • Overseeing the creation of influencer content and ensuring that the content aligns with the campaign deliverables, messaging, brand tone, etc. 
    • Providing content to the client for review and approval
    • Working closely with the media team to ensure that content is set up correctly for media support 
    • Communicating with the client as content goes live, ensuring that all appropriate parties are aligned 
  • Campaign Reporting 
    • Creating reporting decks and working closely with the media team to ensure that campaign goals are met and measuring success of each creator 
    • Analyzing results to inform future campaigns and build upon learnings 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations or Influencer Marketing 
  • Residing in the DFW or Austin, TX area
  • Minimum 3-5 years work experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Client management experience 
  • Advanced skills in Google Workspace (including Google Sheets and Google Slides), and communication platforms like Slack and G-Mail 
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with capacity to handle multiple priorities
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with reporting tools and metrics
