Know CNC? Know how to lead people? Tired of being just another number?

We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor who can do more than manage from a desk. This role is ideal for someone with CNC setup experience who enjoys solving problems, supporting employees, and keeping production moving.

If you've loaded programs, troubleshot machines, trained operators, and led a team to hit production goals, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 3-6 production employees on 2nd shift
• Coach, train, and hold employees accountable
• Perform CNC setup and load programs as needed
• Troubleshoot machine and production issues
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety
• Communicate effectively with employees and leadership
• Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment

What You Bring

? CNC setup experience

? Ability to load and verify machine programs

? Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

? Previous manufacturing leadership experience

? Basic computer skills, including email

? Strong communication and people skills
