The Learning & Development Partner plays a key role in driving staff development across the Proman, Prostar, and PeopleShare divisions. This position is responsible for evaluating training needs, creation & enhancing existing programs, and delivering impactful learning initiatives. With a focus on new hire onboarding, and the continuous training and development to the branch teams the L&D Partner ensures that training aligns with business goals and supports long-term growth.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-branch and virtual training based on needs identified through discussions with regional leaders, corporate initiatives, market trends, performance assessments, to ensure alignment with branch goals and leadership priorities.
  • Accountable for training and ongoing development, ensuring operational excellence and continuous enhancement at branch level.
  • Prepare and implement individualized training plans for new hires across Proman, Prostar, and PeopleShare, ensuring timely onboarding, improve time-to-productivity and consistent follow-up on progress.
  • Maintain and update all training materials, including new hire training binders, onboarding documentation, and development content.
  • Support the design, facilitation, and continuous improvement of elevated trainings, including Rising Star mentorship program throughout all divisions. 
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks to ensure consistency and compliance across divisions.
  • Provide guidance and training to Branch/Area Managers on recruitment processes and support them in identifying development opportunities for their teams’ members. 
  • Participate in special projects and provide feedback to enhance team training and development.
  • Lead or assist in process development and improvement initiatives related to training and continuous learning.
Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of recruiting/staffing experience. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Strong understanding of the staffing lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate engagement, client management, and compliance.
  • Proficient in technical systems, software, and process execution.
  • Experience developing and implementing training materials and gaining team adoption.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to provide executive-level feedback and drive process improvement.
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and capable of multitasking.
  • Willingness to travel, at minimum 50% monthly or as needed.
