JR Marketing Coordinator
Chicago
Description

About the Role

You'll support the Marketing Manager on campaign execution — asset trafficking, email builds, social calendaring, and cross-functional coordination — creating capacity for senior marketing to focus on strategy and creative direction. This is an end-of-year hire with a structured ramp plan: targets apply from your hire date, not January 1.

What You'll Do

Campaign Execution

  • Traffic creative assets, build and schedule emails, and maintain the social calendar so every campaign ships on its calendar date with zero missed sends.
  • Write first-draft copy for emails, social, and landing pages; coordinate with Art Direction, Performance Marketing, and Ecom on campaign deliverables.

Site Merchandising Support

  • Partner with the Ecom Manager to update site pages, collections, hero assets, and pricing across all digital platforms with 95%+ on-time accuracy.
  • Maintain ship-on-time calendar dates and ensure merchandising reflects the current promotional plan.

Launch Support

  • Coordinate launch hero assets and briefing materials with Art Direction and Product so every launch has complete assets at go-live.
  • Track launch deliverables against the brief and flag gaps before they become misses.

Community & Influencer Coordination

  • Own influencer shipments, tracking, and content follow-up — 95%+ of influencer deliverables shipped on schedule.
  • Maintain the influencer database and track content capture volume per campaign.

Learning & Development

  • Shadow Marketing, Ecom, and Performance Marketing teams across your first year to build fluency across the Vosges operating system.
  • Complete a structured rotation with quarterly development reviews and competency sign-offs from the Marketing Manager.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Marketing operations fluency — you understand how campaigns move from brief to live.
  • Email / ESP experience (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar) — you can build, schedule, and QA sends.
  • Social calendar management — you've maintained a content calendar across platforms.
  • Strong copy instincts — your first drafts are clean enough to edit, not rewrite.
  • Detail-oriented project management — nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Eagerness to learn — you're building toward a senior marketing role and want to understand the full stack.
