CNC Machinist – Day Shift

Antioch, TN (Near Nashville) | $24-$29/hr + Weekly Overtime

Moeller Precision Tool is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for our team. Earn $24-$29/hr plus weekly overtime while working in a clean, climate-controlled precision machining environment. You'll work with CNC lathes, mills, EDM equipment, and manual machines producing high-quality tooling components for global industries.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting at $24.00 – $29.00/hr (based on experience)
• Overtime paid at 1.5× after 40 hours

What You’ll Do

• Perform proper setups and calibrations
• Set tolerance levels and speeds
• Execute precision machining of tool steel components
• Read blueprints and machine to tight tolerances
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Work with CNC and manual machines

What You Need

• 2+ years of CNC and/or manual machining experience
• Experience operating CNC lathes, CNC mills, EDM equipment, or manual machining equipment is preferred
• Experience working with tool steel strongly preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with Mazak, Fanuc, or similar CNC equipment is a plus

Day Shift Schedule

• Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30/5:30 PM.
• 45–50 hours/week (OT Required)
• Occasional Saturdays
