Senior Warehouse Supervisor (Site Manager)

Description
  • Serve as the on-site operational lead for the Williamsburg CIF, acting as the senior authority for all daily warehouse activities.
  • Direct and supervise all warehouse personnel at the site, ensuring disciplined execution of CIF operations in support of NECC missions.
  • Oversee receiving, storage, issue, reconstitution, tailoring/sewing coordination, inventory, and shipping of Infantry Combat Equipment (ICE) and related assets.
  • Enforce all PWS requirements, security protocols, safety standards, and Government property accountability rules.
  • Plan and coordinate daily workflow to meet customer demand, surge requirements, and unit timelines.
  • Maintain operational readiness through accurate documentation, disciplined processes, and audit-ready inventory practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Williamsburg site and the Project / Program Manager.
  • Monitor performance metrics including throughput, accuracy, and customer service; implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure warehouse layout, traffic flow, and storage configuration optimize space utilization and safety.
  • Lead training and professional development for warehouse staff, ensuring consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, precision, and customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics supervision, or inventory management.
  • Prior experience in a DoD, federal, or defense-support warehouse environment strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising teams in operational environments.
  • Experience managing high-value, sensitive, or controlled inventory is highly desirable.

  • Forklift certification or warehouse safety certifications are a plus.
  • Logistics, supervisory, or leadership training is desirable.

Security Requirement

  • Active SECRET security clearance is required.
    Candidates must be eligible to maintain clearance throughout employment.
