Behavioral Health Services of Virginia is actively seeking qualified mental health professionals (QMHPs and QMHP Trainee's) who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others. If you possess exceptional attention to detail and a genuine desire to help, then we would love to hear from you!  

Qualifications

  • Must be QMHP or QMHP T certified or eligible under Virginia DBHDS guidelines
  • Minimum of one year of mental health experience (community-based)
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Self-motivated and committed to client success
  • Passion for supporting individuals with mental health needs


Requirements

 

 Manage a caseload of clients receiving community-based services

  • Provide Mental Health Skill Building (MHSS) and Intensive In-Home (IIH) services
  • Serve children, adolescents, and adults in the community
  • Complete documentation within 24 hours
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners
  • Participate in weekly supervision and team support
