Fayette Classical Academy seeks an Enrollment and Registration Coordinator. The Enrollment and Registration Coordinator will be responsible for providing information and support for families regarding the application, the lottery, and the subsequent enrollment and registration process.
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Plan and conduct parent informational sessions; organize and conduct outreach events to ensure that the educational opportunity is widely known to the community.
- Serve as a point of contact for enrollment-related questions from prospective families, maintain a basic knowledge of lottery, enrollment, and registration policies and procedures.
- Work with Enrollment and Outreach Director to coordinate lottery and re-enrollment processes and logistics.
- Coordinate new parent and student enrollment/registration activities throughout the year.
- Continually manage the school’s lottery wait list within the SchoolMint database for communication to inquiring parents; ensure synchronization with Infinite Campus and SchoolMint data.
- Produce lottery and enrollment metric reports as requested by school administrative staff and board members.
- Coordinate registration for all new students, including setting up appointments with families, inspecting and copying registration materials, and creating a folder for each student.
- Maintain physical and computerized records including student cumulative folders.
- Ensure that residency documentation is current for all students and follow up with families throughout the year on documentation needs.
- Support academic resources director in administering standardized testing throughout the school year as needed.
- Work with the school Registrar to onboard new students.
- Process new student records, including requesting transcripts and records from other schools, setting up cumulative folders, and entering student data into appropriate databases.
- Process and transmit requests for student information, including student transcripts for colleges and universities.
Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience working in a charter school environment is preferred, but not required

About Fayette Classical Academy:
Fayette Classical Academy is a public charter school set to open Fall 2027. Fayette Classical Academy (FCA) is open to residents of Fayette, Coweta, Clayton, Henry, Fulton, and Spalding counties and the City of Atlanta. Located in Fayetteville, the school will enroll grades K-6 for the 2027-2028 school year and will continue to scale to a K-12 configuration as students advance.
