Recovering Hope is looking for a dependable and motivated Part-Time Housekeeping Team Member to join our small, supportive housekeeping team!


We offer the flexibility to choose between a morning or evening 4-hour work block, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to work around another job, school, family, or other commitments.


Choose Your Schedule

AM Block – 4 hours

  • Sunday (if you're a later riser), or Monday (if you're an early bird) AM – Set
  • Wednesday AM – Set
  • One additional morning – Flexible
  • Training will begin at/after 6:00 AM

PM Block – 4 hours

  • Tuesday PM – Set
  • Friday PM – Set
  • One additional evening – Flexible

Maybe you need 4 hours before heading to your full-time job, 4 hours after dropping your child off at school, or 4 hours in the evening when your partner is home with the kids. This position is designed to give you consistency while still providing flexibility.


As part of our housekeeping team, you will help maintain a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for the women and children we serve.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License preferred
  • Previous housekeeping and maintenance experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequently communicate with employees, parents, clients and other individuals with key relationships. This requires receiving and providing accurate information in writing or verbally, in these situations.
  • Frequently lift equipment and supplies up to 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height throughout the day.
  • Frequently crouch, stoop or bend to clean floors, toilets and other areas below waist level, as well as to retrieve necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Frequently grasp items to clean such as mops, brooms, brushes, etc.
  • Frequently push and pull up to 15 lbs while twisting to use items, such as the vacuum cleaner.
  • Stand tall enough to reach equipment and supplies in storage areas.
