What You'll Do


As an LPN with Freedom Caregivers, you will help support our non-medical home care services through caregiver oversight, caregiver training, client support, care plan development and care coordination.


We're looking for someone who is compassionate, organized, dependable, and ready to use their nursing experience in a new way.

Requirements

Requirements

· Must have current, unrestricted LPN license in the stat of Ohio

· Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

· Must have some basic computer/tech knowledge and be able to use EMR for documentation.
