We are a growing, fast-paced, physician-led practice and a leader in the care and treatment of kidney disease. We are looking for a full-time Medical Receptionist to join our team.
As one of the first points of contact for our patients, our Medical Receptionists play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive patient experience. The right candidate will enjoy working with people, thrive in a busy environment, and be able to balance multiple priorities while providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients and assisting with check-in and check-out
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments
- Answering incoming calls, returning patient calls, and accurately documenting messages
- Verifying and updating patient demographic and insurance information
- Monitoring cancellations, no-shows, recall lists, and scheduling changes
- Collecting patient payments and completing related administrative tasks
- Scanning, uploading, and maintaining accurate patient information
- Working closely with clinical staff and providers to support efficient patient and clinic flow
This position requires travel to other clinic locations as needed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of medical receptionist experience preferred
- Experience with EPIC and Microsoft Office is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to travel to other clinic locations as needed
