PCG is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants without regard to legally protected status.
We've partnered with Deloitte and is seeking a hands-on Senior Salesforce Developer to support enhancements to an enterprise employee self-service portal and HR case-management environment. This is a development role, not a primarily administrative or declarative configuration position. The successful candidate will build and enhance solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, contribute code through GitHub, support promotion through DEV, QA, and UAT, and demonstrate completed work directly to Product Owners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain Salesforce functionality using LWC, Apex, Flow, and platform configuration.
- Develop and enhance Service Cloud case-management capabilities and Experience Cloud portal/self-service experiences.
- Support Agentforce-enabled employee assistance use cases and related Salesforce data, security, workflow, and integration needs.
- Check code into GitHub and participate in the established release process across DEV, QA, and UAT environments.
- Write unit tests, troubleshoot defects, participate in code reviews, and collaborate closely with QA and functional team members.
- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and established integration patterns.
- Work in Agile sprints, provide clear status updates, and demonstrate completed functionality to the Product Owner and client stakeholders.
- Document technical decisions, deployment considerations, and operational support needs.
Work arrangement
Remote; occasional Chicago travel may be required and will be reimbursed.
Engagement
Contingent project assignment; anticipated 5-6 months, subject to project needs and extension.
Focus
Employee self-service portal, HR case management, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce.

- Experience building or materially enhancing portals, self-service solutions, and case-management workflows.
- Practical Git/GitHub source-control experience and participation in structured Salesforce release cycles.
- Experience working across DEV, QA, and UAT and resolving defects through release readiness.
- Strong Agile/Scrum collaboration and the communication skills to demo functionality to Product Owners and business stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing, integrations, and scalable platform design.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship by PCG.
