Job Summary:

As a Multi-Site Property Associate, you are a proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented professional who takes initiative, solves problems, and supports the Regional and Property Managers in achieving strong property performance. Responsibilities include marketing and leasing support, property and unit inspections, resident notices, and delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.


Position Details

  • Full-Time Position
  • Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 40 hours per week
  • Properties:  413 units total, consisting of one property with 241 units and another with 172 units.
  • Compensation: $20–$22 per hour


Requirements

 

Your Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with creating and managing marketing materials for available units.
  • Assist prospective residents with the rental process, including guest cards and applications.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual showings of available units.
  • Assist residents with move-in and move-out processes, inspections, paperwork, funds, and keys.
  • Assist with lease renewals, rent increases, and market research.
  • Answer calls, return missed calls, check voicemail, and follow up with prospects.
  • Handle resident complaints and service issues and coordinate resolutions with staff.
  • Complete daily and weekly reports.
  • Communicate with team members, prospects, vendors, and residents.
  • Create and post resident notices.
  • Inspect vacant units to ensure they are clean, ready, and properly marketed.
  • Walk the property to check health, safety, cleanliness, and appearance; create work orders when needed.
  • Collect coins from common-area laundry facilities.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
  • Positive, motivated attitude with a commitment to excellence and achieving goals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; multilingual is a plus.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Reliable, consistent, and punctual attendance.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience.
  • AppFolio experience is a plus.
Salary Description
$20.00-$22.00/hr
