The Production & Warehouse Associate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our products to both patients and sales staff. This is an entry-level position that offers an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who are detail-oriented and ready to contribute to our growing team.

The Job

  • Package finished medical devices for shipment by verifying product accuracy, assembling all required components, accessories, and documentation, and ensuring compliance with company quality standards.
  • Clean warehouse accessories following company procedure. 
  • Prepare accessories and supplies for shipment in accordance with customer orders and shipping procedures.
  • Label accessories accurately meet regulatory and company requirements.
  • Assemble paperwork packets, including product documentation, instructions for use, and other required materials for medical device shipments.
  • Receive and inspect inventory while maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Organize warehouse inventory to ensure materials and finished goods are readily available for production and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production environment by following housekeeping and safety procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Requirements

Requirements            

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn new processes, adapt to changing priorities, and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately complete production and shipping documentation.
  • Previous experience in a production, warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, or mailroom environment is preferred. 
  • Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company policies and quality standards.

Salary Description
$19.00 - $21.00 / hourly
