The HubSpot & Growth Coordinator supports Angela Adams Consulting’s sales and growth efforts by keeping HubSpot organized, leads and opportunities moving, and follow-up happening consistently. This role serves as a key resource for Regional Managers and the sales team by managing pipeline activity, improving HubSpot processes and automation, supporting lead follow-up, maintaining accurate data, and providing reporting and accountability. The overall goal is to create a more organized, responsive, and measurable sales process so the sales team can focus more time on building relationships and closing opportunities.

Requirements

  

Core Responsibilities 

· Maintain accurate and organized HubSpot records

· Monitor leads and active opportunities

· Route new leads to the appropriate Regional Manager or salesperson

· Track next steps, follow-up dates, and pipeline stages

· Identify stalled deals and help keep opportunities moving

· Support prospect follow-up, scheduling, quotes, agreements, and signatures

· Improve HubSpot workflows, sequences, templates, and automation

· Track sales activity, pipeline movement, conversions, and results

· Support sales team accountability and consistent follow-up

· Assist with the sales-to-service handoff

· Troubleshoot basic HubSpot issues and support team members

· Help improve overall sales process efficiency and consistency

Performance Objectives

  • Ensure new leads are responded to and routed promptly.
  • Keep leads, deals, follow-up dates, and pipeline stages current in HubSpot.
  • Proactively identify stalled opportunities and help move them forward.
  • Ensure sales follow-up and next steps are completed consistently.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and organized HubSpot data.
  • Improve HubSpot workflows, sequences, automation, and reporting.
  • Provide Regional Managers and the sales team with timely HubSpot support.
  • Track key sales metrics and provide accurate pipeline reporting to leadership.
  • Help ensure quotes, agreements, and outstanding sales documents are completed      promptly.
  • Improve consistency and efficiency in the sales-to-service handoff.
  • Reduce administrative workload for Regional Managers through effective sales      coordination.
  • Help create a more organized, accountable, responsive, and measurable sales process.
