Description

The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for leading non-clinical, day-to-day operations across a multi-site portfolio of Ally Medical freestanding emergency room locations. This role serves as the operational backbone for assigned sites — driving consistency in policies, workflows, and brand standards while acting as the primary escalation point for issues Operations Administrators can't resolve independently. 

Requirements

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee day-to-day non-clinical operations across multiple assigned locations, ensuring consistent application of policies, workflows, and brand standards.? 
  • Partner with cross-functional departments to roll out new systems and operational initiatives across sites.? 
  • Track and report key operational metrics and performance indicators across the assigned portfolio, identifying trends.? 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify best practices to ensure facilities meet objectives.?? 
  • Support new facility openings and expansion projects, taking on greater planning and coordination of responsibility as experience develops.? 
  • Serve as a point of escalation for site-level operational issues that Operations Administrators are unable to resolve independently.? 


Compliance & Administration

  • Support compliance with organizational policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations across assigned sites.? 
  • Assist in administering company policies, documentation, and audit processes, with growing ownership over time.? 
  • Maintain operational reporting to support internal reviews and prepare summaries for the Executive Team.? 
  • Assist with contract preparation, review, and tracking under oversight.? 


Process Improvement

  • Identify workflow inefficiencies across departments and locations and recommend sustainable solutions.? 
  • Support the development and quarterly review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational and administrative functions.? 
  • Assist with training and documentation efforts to ensure staff compliance and readiness.? 
  • Participate in and increasingly lead cross-functional projects to enhance operational effectiveness.? 
  • Provide analytical and administrative support for special projects and initiatives led by the VP of Operations.? 


Supervision

  • Provide direct supervision and coaching to Operations Admin Assistants within the assigned portfolio, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.? 
  • Support performance management, onboarding, and development planning for direct reports.? 


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Working understanding of healthcare operations, with a demonstrated eagerness to deepen knowledge of compliance and contracting processes.? 
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.? 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management tools.? 
  • Experience supporting or managing cross-functional projects.? 
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, administration, or a related field, with demonstrated readiness to take on multi-site responsibility.? 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.? 
  • High degree of initiative, coachability, and drive toward continued professional growth.? 


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field. 
  • 3+years of experience in healthcare operations, or administrative management. 


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.? 
  • Ability to travel between assigned locations as needed.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all Ally and customer data to which you are granted access. Any suspected compromises of Ally proprietary data or customer data must be reported to Management immediately.? 
  • You will adhere to the Company’s Information Security Policy and Procedures and support standard operating procedures to protect Company systems and data.? 
  • You will alert management immediately with any expected system or data compromises and/or system failure impacting the security, confidentiality, availability, and integrity of Ally Medical and customer data.? 
  • You will be required to attend annual Information Security Awareness Training.?
