What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and accurately document their vehicle concerns
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and technician recommendations
• Prepare repair orders and provide clear estimates
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
• Coordinate with technicians and the service team to keep repairs moving efficiently
• Review completed work with customers and explain recommendations
• Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, positive and team-oriented attitude
• Automotive knowledge and a commitment to providing an excellent customer experience
