We are seeking a MerchStore Specialist to join our marketing team for a period from September – December 31, 2026. The 


MerchStore Specialist will help build and support custom company stores, otherwise known as MerchStores, for Merchology customers. This position is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable learning and establishing new processes.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

A successful MerchStore Specialist will show skill in the following areas:

  • Coordinate with Merchology’s Art team to locate, organize, and deliver appropriate art files to customers that need to add custom logos and designs to their MerchStore.
  • Serve as a resource for MerchStore customers who have questions about the store setup process as it relates to artwork and related product selections.
  • Support the transition to Merchology’s updated MerchStore offering by creating documentation regarding new experiences and processes in collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, and Art teams.
  • Identify ongoing process improvements to operating procedures by documenting learnings, process gaps, and recurring customer questions.
  • Help build custom MerchStores for customers following key processes, requirements, and brand standards.
  • Communicate with MerchStore customers regarding documentation and billing for their stores.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external customers.
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot is a plus.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic self-starter with a creative approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to successfully contribute and collaborate in both in-person and remote work environments.

  • Remote hybrid role: Three days onsite and two optional remote days.
