Position Summary

The Risk Administrator supports the Enterprise Risk Management program through the administration of third-party risk management, business continuity, security awareness, and other risk-related activities. This role maintains program documentation and systems, coordinates risk management processes, tracks key metrics and reporting, and works across departments to support effective risk management and regulatory compliance.

Core Responsibilities:

Vendor Management & Third-Party Risk

• Maintain the day-to-day functionality of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program, aligned with regulatory expectations.
• Coordinate and oversee risk assessments and due diligence for new and existing vendors (inherent and residual risk). 
• Monitor vendor performance, contract compliance, and risk posture on an ongoing basis. 
• Maintain the vendor management solution, including the vendor inventory, risk ratings, and documentation repository. 

Business Continuity Support

• Support managers in maintaining current and accurate BCPs.
• Assist with BCP updates and documentation of key processes and dependencies. 
• Guide and coordinate department-level “mini” BCP tests. 
• Track completion of updates, testing, and related documentation.
• Maintain business continuity management solution.

Physical and Information Security Training & Awareness

• Support the Security Officers
• Coordinate and administer the organization’s security awareness program. 
• Manage annual training and targeted education initiatives. 
• Track completion metrics and report on effectiveness. 

Risk Administration

• Support Risk managers in maintaining program infrastructure. 
• Help facilitate risk administration reporting and training. 

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Participates in all required BSA training and demonstrates knowledge of BSA relative to job responsibilities.
• Responsible for security as it applies to this position.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience in risk administration in a financial institutional setting
• Experience in vendor management or third-party risk management, and business continuity
• Familiarity with banking regulations and frameworks as it pertains to risk management
• Minimum 3 years of banking experience
