Essential Functions

• Receive vendor purchase orders and verify that the number of cartons received matches the Airway Bill, Bill of Lading, or other shipping documentation.
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and identify discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials.
• Pick delivery notes according to established priorities using a handheld scanner.
• Process material movements accurately in accordance with warehouse procedures.
• Stock aircraft parts, materials, and supplies in designated warehouse locations using a handheld scanner.
• Ensure inventory is properly identified, labeled, stored, and organized.
• Pick and stage materials for production and maintenance operations.
• Pack shipments both physically and systematically according to established warehouse procedures.
• Process shipments in SAP according to required priorities and procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material transaction records.
• Communicate material shortages, discrepancies, damaged items, and other issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow all applicable safety, quality, warehouse, and aerospace procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other material-handling and warehouse duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of warehouse, material handling, logistics, or inventory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, aerospace, aviation, or industrial environment is preferred.
• Experience with SAP is desirable but not required.
• Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems is preferred.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret shipping documents, purchase orders, labels, and other warehouse documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to safely handle, move, and stage materials as required for the position.
• Must be dependable and committed to following established procedures and safety requirements.
