Position Summary
OKSI is looking for a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for a growing engineering and technical workforce. You'll partner directly with hiring managers to source, screen, and move candidates through the pipeline for roles spanning engineering, operations, and quality. This is a remote, individual-contributor role reporting into HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build sourcing strategy
- Post and maintain requisitions in Paylocity and external job boards, keeping postings current and free of stale listings
- Conduct initial phone screens and document candidate assessments for hiring managers
- Track pipeline status and candidate flow, keeping requisition data accurate and current
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring or hard-to-fill roles
- Support employer branding efforts, including job board presence and candidate communication
- Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment law and OKSI policy
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience with an ATS or HRIS platform (Paylocity experience a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
- Recruiting experience in aerospace, defense, or another technical/engineering-heavy industry
- Familiarity with sourcing for cleared or clearance-eligible roles
- Experience supporting a distributed, multi-state workforce
Compensation & Benefits
- $19.23 - $24.04/ hour New hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint depending on qualifications and the budget allocated for this role.
