Homemakers is seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Merchandising to lead the vision, direction, and execution of our merchandising strategy across retail and eCommerce channels. This senior leadership role will oversee product assortment planning, inventory strategy, vendor partnerships, pricing, forecasting, and team development to drive revenue growth and profitability. 

The ideal candidate is a proven merchandising leader with extensive experience building profitable assortments, negotiating vendor partnerships, leveraging analytics to inform business decisions, and developing high-performing teams. What You'll Bring:

• 10+ years of merchandising, buying, or retail leadership experience
• Proven success leading teams and developing merchandising strategies
• Strong business acumen in forecasting, inventory productivity, margin planning, and vendor negotiations
• A forward-thinking mindset with an enthusiasm for technology, innovation, and process improvement
• Furniture industry experience preferred
