  • Monitor inventory levels of raw blanks and finished goods and communicate replenishment needs before inventory impacts production or fulfillment.
  • Coordinate value-added services, including custom folding, kitting, polybagging, special packaging, and other partner-specific requirements.
  • Partner with UGP's shipping team to coordinate UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other transportation solutions based on customer requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Support logistics planning and help identify opportunities to improve shipping efficiency and transit times.
  • Coordinate weekly Strategic Partner meetings, maintain meeting agendas, document action items, and follow up with responsible parties to ensure completion.
  • Support custom orders by coordinating artwork approvals, order requirements, production details, and logistics for custom embellishment.
  • Maintain accurate account documentation, order information, inventory details, and open action items.
  • Provide regular updates on order status, inventory, outstanding issues, and other account priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, visibility, and overall service for the Strategic Partner program.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, orders, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable communicating directly with customers and internal departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems, coordinate solutions, and follow issues through to resolution.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn internal order management, inventory, and production systems.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing, fulfillment, or distribution environment.
  • Experience in account management, customer service, manufacturing, fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, or project coordination preferred.
  • Apparel, promotional products, printing, or decorated apparel experience is a plus.
