We’re hiring a Multi-Site Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) at Tavalo at Queen Creek Commons & Tavalo at Cadence in Queen Creek & Mesa, AZ. In this role, you will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while providing the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home.

Compensation

  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $75,000/year - $80,0000 /year.
  • In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible to receive bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2+ years of community management and people leadership experience in luxury multifamily is required. 
  • Multi-site or multi-community management experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and build high-performing teams.
  • Real Estate License is required. 
  • Strong customer service, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to effectively multitask and prioritize across multiple communities.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience driving leasing performance, occupancy, and community stabilization.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to engage residents, clients, vendors, and internal partners.
  • Resman, Yardi, or similar property management system experience preferred.
  • BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Basic understanding of written and verbal English.


In This Role You Will

  • Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning
  • Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes. 
  • Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.
