Located 30 miles north of the Golden Gate Bridge in the rolling hills of Petaluma, McEvoy Ranch is a 550-acre working, organic ranch, committed to good land stewardship and sustainable farming practices. The Ranch is home to 57 acres of Tuscan olive trees nestled amongst natural ponds, hiking trails, coastal fog, and native wildlife.
The Social Club Administrator works closely with the Hospitality Director in supporting the Ranch Hospitality team and fulfilling all administrative management of the Social Club. This position is part time, three days a week, Wednesday through Friday, five hours per day (typically 9:30 am to 2:30). This position is not eligible for most employee benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure proper execution of Social Club membership, Social Club marketing campaigns, and inventory distribution (allocations)
- Gain complete knowledge of the membership software “Bloom” and become the team Bloom expert. Update information daily and strive to have 100% accurate and up to date member information.
- Batch each allocation and ensure invoicing and closing out of orders are done on time with a high percentage of accuracy.
- Plan each allocation 9 months in advance, create a detailed timeline, and meet cross -functionally with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth successful allocation distribution.
- Coordinate allocation booklet with cross-functional teams and send to the printer.
- Resolve all customer service concerns with positive, favorable solutions.
- Work with the development team to resolve all Bloom issues in a calm and timely manner.
- Inventory of allocations: monitor and manage for pick-up days, and ongoing to fulfill the sales and E-Comm needs.
- Administrative: manage Social Club inbox, phones, invoicing, design requests, Social Club tracker, and reservation software (for up-to-date members' information).
- Exemplify the highest level of service excellence and work ethic.
- Maintain a positive “can-do” attitude at all times and flexibility during periods of transition.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma, BA degree in related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
2 years in Customer Service, Retail, or Hospitality.

- Ability to work both autonomously for extended periods of time and as part of a team
- Extremely detail oriented and skilled in prioritizing projects & time
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS
- Sustained movement of hands and fingers on a computer keyboard
- Frequently makes use of the senses of vision, sound, smell, taste and touch
- May lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance and a clean driving record
SALARY RANGE
$22.00 to $25.00 per hour depending upon experience.
